In April, we got the interface document of TravelSky, but the development of the interface needs to wait for the completion of the overall architecture of the charging system, so the tax control interface will not be completed until the end of July. Later, I encountered many problems in the debugging phase. First of all, aerospace technology always says that it is too busy to have time. When we encounter problems, we are asked to read the documents. After several communications, I was very worried. If you can solve the problem by looking at the document, why ask you? However, Yang Gong, the field engineer of TravelSky, helped coordinate and adjust the billing interface. Then there are various problems in the debugging process, such as the word "tax-free" cannot be sent out, and the invoice cannot be downloaded back. These problems happen every day, and we are busy working overtime.

From the completion of the interface development on July 27 to the completion of the commissioning on August 17, we tested hundreds of invoices, tried and corrected them constantly. Fortunately, there are a large number of invoices from Datong Thermal Power. It is not a big deal to waste votes. We also need to ensure that there is no error in e-ticket after the project is launched, otherwise Datong Thermal Power will issue thousands or even tens of thousands of tickets every day, and it is difficult to correct any error.

On April 23, the bank collection kick-off meeting was held in the conference room on the fourth floor, organized by Datong Thermal Power Company and undertaken by our company. The participating banks are Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Datong Bank. At the meeting, I introduced the docking method and schedule of this project, mainly to promote the bank to start the work as soon as possible, and complete the docking and online charging as soon as possible.

At the meeting, all walks of life expressed their willingness to actively cooperate with this part of work, but the schedule was a little tight. After all, the bank's process is slow. In fact, their actions later confirmed what they said at that time, because none of them went online within the expected time, the good thing should be Datong Bank, which went online before the official charge.

In the process of bank docking, we often worked overtime due to the late time constraints. The average time from network debugging to service deployment for banks is 2 days. When the technology is jointly transferred, our Zhang Gong responds one by one. Before the online test, we classified Datong and thermal business types and made detailed test cases. There were 41 types and more than 120 variable parameters, which provided important technical support for the stable operation of bank collection.

Characteristic test

It is necessary to test the performance of Datong Thermoelectric. We have never tried so hard in other projects in the past, because the data can not reach the order of magnitude. This time, we have organized a special team to be responsible for the performance test and commissioning of Datong Thermal Power.

The test is divided into performance screening stage and stress test stage.

Performance screening stage: test all functions of the system according to test cases, identify and record the functions that lead to increased system resources and slow response speed, and optimize the performance problems exposed in this stage.

Stress test phase: concurrent stress test of common functions. In this phase, we focus on several main performance indicators: response time, throughput, and system resource consumption. First, determine the common functions that need stress testing, and sort out the test scripts. According to the actual use of the customer, determine the test concurrency of 5, 10, 15, 30 and 50, and simulate 50, 100, 150, 300 and 500 people using the system at the same time. According to the concurrency test results, lock the functions with performance problems, determine how to allocate the resources of each virtual machine, and how many cluster Tomcat are created.

On site training

At the beginning of August, Director Xu called me to the office to discuss the system training. He wanted to bring training to the premise, worried that everyone would accept it slowly, so he set aside more time for simulation exercises. Since leaders attach importance to training, we will certainly give our full cooperation. I said that training can be carried out at any time.

On August 5, according to the requirements of Xu, the director, I drew up a training schedule: the toll system training was divided into two batches, one for the customer service center and business office staff, and two for the branches. One batch of training is divided into 8 sessions, one session every half day, with 105 participants, mainly explaining 9 major functions and 59 functional modules of the system; There are four training courses in the second batch, which are also held every half day, with 56 participants, mainly explaining 32 functional modules of the nine major functions of the system. The same is true of customer service system training. In general, the training intensity is quite high, especially for our engineers.
