Since taking over the gas business on April 28 last year, all employees of the natural gas company have taken positive action, carried out the "Hundred Day Battle of Gas Hidden Danger Control in Oil Area", implemented the comprehensive gas hidden danger control project in oil area, solved more than 20000 gas safety hazards, replaced 13744 old gas meters, installed new intelligent gas meters, and created the Internet of Things intelligence Gas charging system 。 All the work has been fully understood and strongly supported by the residents of the oil region, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to you!
Compared with previous gas charging systems, the new Internet of Things intelligent gas charging system has the following advantages:
First, the payment is more convenient. Just remember the door number or account name, and you can pay in the gas service business hall.
Second, WeChat payment has been realized. You can pay for yourself, your parents, relatives and friends without leaving home. One WeChat can support binding multiple gas meters.
Third, new gas meters are more accurate. Each gas meter has passed the inspection of Tianjin Quality Supervision Bureau, and can only be delivered for use after passing the inspection.
Fourth, safe gas use is more guaranteed. The new system has a remote shutdown function. In case of gas leakage, we can immediately cut off the gas supply remotely to create conditions for emergency repair and maintenance.
Fifth, household gas consumption is more guaranteed. When the balance is less than 25 yuan, it will be prompted to shut down. At this time, you can only press the red button for 3-5 seconds to resume use. The remaining gas can meet the needs of ordinary families for 5 days. At the same time, we have also set up the initial overdraft function. The gas supply will not stop until the overdraft exceeds 150 yuan, leaving you enough time to renew the fees, further ensuring the household gas use.
On the basis of building the intelligent gas charging system of the Internet of Things, we also actively promoted the construction of gas service business halls, and opened two business halls on the fourth floor of the Happiness Plaza and the first floor of the Realistic Property Building of Gangxi New Town. The new business hall has the following advantages in providing convenient services:
First, the service time is longer. The working hours of the business hall are from 9:30 a.m. to 19:30 p.m., and there is no break at noon or on holidays, so that everyone has enough time to handle business.
Second, there are many service items and complete functions. You can handle a number of businesses in the business hall, such as payment, repair, consultation, account opening, change, etc. The service staff in the business hall has also received special training, and their professionalism is high, which can provide you with high-quality and efficient services.
Third, a 24-hour gas service hotline has been set up. The gas service hotline numbers are 25910000 and 25910111 respectively, and service telephones have been set up in each gas branch. Please pay attention to the posters and relevant publicity materials posted at the corridor entrance. If you need, we can provide home service within half an hour after you dial the phone, and staff will pay a return visit to the service.
Fourth, meter reading devices will be gradually replaced household by household. The meters and meters in the oil area have reached the mandatory retirement period. In addition to 13744 gas meters replaced in 2017, there are still more than 30000 meters and meters that have not been replaced. In 2018, with the strong support of the oilfield company, we will organize the household replacement as planned, so that more residents in the oil region can enjoy the convenience of intelligent gas meters and the happiness of safe gas use. In addition, since the new housing magnetic card meter in Gangxi New Town has just been put into use, we will decide to replace it in the future based on the use situation in order to avoid waste.
