Thoughts on the application of heating charge software products
Every May to November is the peak season for the operation and R&D of heating charge management products. The new heating season is coming, and many heating enterprises began to purchase and upgrade internal platforms early. With the expansion of business scope and the refinement of management granularity, heating enterprises have higher expectations for charging management products, and also put forward higher requirements for simplicity, speed and accuracy in the use process. In July, local heating enterprises began to start the business processing of heating season fees, stopping and reheating in the new year. Qi heating charging system also plays its role in many enterprises.
Data is the core content of heating enterprises. Some heating enterprises have experienced many system changes. In the process of each system change, various data problems emerge one after another, and problems such as difficult data collation and data loss have caused many problems to heating enterprises. When there is a large amount of data, it is difficult to transfer data manually. At this time, it is necessary to use technical means to directly transfer data to the new system. When problem data is found, the problem data processing scheme shall be formulated according to specific data problems. Due to the complexity of the migration process, the old system has experienced many changes in its long life cycle, different logic in different stages, and different data has been generated. Some data seems to be OK, but migrating to a new system may cause various problems. Therefore, data migration is no longer a simple process, but a combination of different processing logic of new and old systems to clean abnormal data, remove useless data, and supplement and improve data. This ensures the consistency and orderly migration of old and new system services in the migration process. The professionalism and completeness of the pre migration plan also determine the influencing factors of how far the migration can be completed. A long time ago, we had no migration plan, so we started to do it as soon as we received the task, lacking in thinking. After migration, there will always be various problems, which need to spend a lot of time to make up for the omissions that were not thought of before. In recent years, the product director has fully considered the data migration scheme implemented in the department before starting work, considered various situations and processing methods, and shared many project experiences among projects. The migration plan has been reviewed by many meetings to ensure that the migration plan has been considered by many people and reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities. On the whole, although the subsequent gaps and traps cannot be completely avoided, the overall migration work has gradually standardized in terms of specialization.
After data import or migration and product research and development are completed, the product will be available for enterprise training and trial run. People in heating enterprises began to contact products formally. This is also the stage to check whether the preliminary work is in place and whether the product quality is up to standard. For heating enterprises that have not used the system, the operation process is different from the original manual mode, and they will feel uncomfortable at the beginning. It takes time to get used to the information model. Most of these customers lack experience in the daily management of the system and lack standardization. Our implementation personnel will give some management suggestions and solutions for this situation. Customers can also use our system's experience in many enterprises to constantly improve and standardize management in their own enterprises. For heating enterprises that have used one or more systems, they are generally mature from management granularity to management standardization, and have explored a set of practical experience in the use and process of the system. Whenever they make a request or express the inconvenience of using the system, I learn to look at problems from the perspective of others (customers). If I were in their position, would I have the same doubts and confusion when using this system? Let's reflect on whether the design of the product is reasonable, whether it is convenient to use, and whether the function positioning is problematic. If you do not touch the front-line work and cannot communicate with customers anytime, anywhere, it is easy to deviate from the actual application when doing product design, which will become an empty and beautiful vase. I am lucky to have the opportunity to communicate with more customers, inspire myself to reflect on those designs, and constantly improve our products through other people's feedback, so that the products and customers can grow and progress together.
