Five important components of smart gas
1. Household intelligent gas meter
Intelligent gas meter is adopted. On the basis of ordinary gas meters, electronic technology and NB-IOT network communication technology are adopted. After the smart gas meter is incorporated into the smart gas system, users can query the domestic gas consumption remotely through mobile terminals. Cooperate with the household gas leakage detection alarm device. If there is natural gas leakage in the room, the shut-off valve will automatically close. If necessary, users can also remotely control and cut off indoor gas through mobile phones, so that they can deal with natural gas abnormalities at home even when they go out.
2. Gas leakage detection alarm device
Gas leakage detection alarm device (alarm for short) is adopted. Once the indoor natural gas concentration is detected to exceed the safety value, the control system inside the sensor will send an audible and visual alarm, and send a valve closing command to the intelligent gas meter synchronously through the NB-IOT network, and send the leakage alarm information to the remote monitoring system of the gas company. After receiving the valve closing command, the intelligent gas meter executes the valve closing operation. After the built-in valve in the intelligent gas meter is closed, it sends a display command to the display module, and the display screen displays "built-in valve closed", and then feeds back the signal of built-in valve closed to the alarm through the wireless module.
After receiving the valve closing signal from the smart gas meter, the alarm will feed back the alarm information and the valve closing information of the smart gas meter to the remote monitoring system of the gas company, which will send the information to the user's mobile phone, and notify the emergency repair personnel to rush to the site. If the alarm is connected to the alarm host or 110 alarm in the community, the alarm can be networked, and the exhaust equipment and indoor doors and windows can be automatically started at the same time. After installing the gas leakage detection alarm device, users can detect whether there is accidental gas leakage at home in real time to avoid property loss or personal injury caused by gas leakage.
3. Hospital management monitoring part
In the construction of smart gas system, two methods are adopted: one is to synchronize the video monitoring images near the gas pipeline in the community to the smart gas system processing platform and the local gas operator, so as to facilitate the gas company to monitor the ground breaking construction in the community. Second, sensor elements such as strain gauge are buried near the gas pipeline. When there is earth breaking construction near the gas pipeline, the sensing element acts to synchronously transmit relevant information to the processing platform of the smart gas system through the network, reminding community staff and gas company employees to do a good job in safety protection in this area. Information sharing and timely notification can effectively prevent gas pipeline damage caused by third-party construction and avoid natural gas leakage in residential areas.

4. Intelligent voltage regulator
Intelligent voltage regulator is an intelligent product integrating regulation, monitoring and management functions. It has the functions of indirect flow measurement, local or remote outlet pressure setting, flow restriction, remote monitoring and end user management. The intelligent pressure regulator can automatically adjust the outlet pressure of the regulator according to time or flow, and can remotely monitor the inlet pressure, outlet pressure, shut-off valve position and filter resistance of the regulator.
The intelligent gas system is equipped with an intelligent pressure regulator, which can help operators remotely adjust the downstream gas pressure to meet the actual needs of remote flow restriction. At the same time, the intelligent pressure regulator can remotely monitor the fire or natural gas leakage, and can remotely cut off the natural gas supply in case of special circumstances.
5. Intelligent valve well
Install natural gas detection device and water level detection device in the valve well, and install communication module and anti displacement device on the well cover. The intelligent valve well cover is powered by lithium battery and uses 4G network as the communication medium to monitor the gas concentration in the well, the water level in the well and the position information of the well cover. Use wireless communication technology to upload data to the processing platform of intelligent gas system. Integrating the management of natural gas valve wells into the smart gas system can not only ensure the safety of community gas valve wells to a large extent, but also avoid accidents such as residents falling into wells and falling down due to abnormal well covers in community activities.
