Smart gas: problems in heating design
1.1 The surplus of boiler room is too large. The boiler operates at low load, only 4000-5000m per 0.7MW, with low thermal efficiency and high coal consumption. Practice has proved that 10000m can be taken for every 0.7MW in the centralized boiler room and 8000m for every 0.7MW in the decentralized boiler room, which is no problem. Therefore, the surplus part of the boiler room does not work and is wasted after Z, resulting in energy loss.
1.2 The circulating water pump is too large. The selection of circulating water pump for heating system is only an important project. It is necessary to ensure the quality of water pump and reasonably select the size of water pump. In recent years, due to lax management, non-standard pump selection, too small to meet the heat demand, too large to lead to large pump flow, exceeding the system demand, resulting in uneconomical operation of the heating system.
1.3 The heat load calculation is not standardized. The accuracy of building heat load calculation is the key to ensure the energy saving of heating system. In the calculation of building heat load, it is often too large, resulting in the excessive selection of boilers, water pumps, radiators and pipes, which virtually increases the initial investment of the building, increases the floor area, increases the heating operation cost, and wastes energy.
1.4 The valve function is defective. The valve with regulating function is not selected in the design, but ordinary gate valve and stop valve are used, which is difficult to play a regulating role, resulting in hydraulic imbalance.
1.5 Lack of selective heating. Lack of thinking in the design should be based on the particularity and difference of buildings, the difference of heating demand, and the basis of selection. The actual heating system lacks such consideration in design, resulting in a waste of heating. For example, there is basically no activity in the office, teaching building and other buildings at night, so the temperature can be reduced to the on duty temperature to reduce waste.
