1. Before cleaning the sewage tank, close the sewage inlet valve, try to drain the sewage in the tank, and maintain natural ventilation for more than 24 hours. If mechanical cleaning can be used, manual cleaning shall not be used as far as possible.
2. The pool operators must be healthy and conscious. People under the age of 18, people with respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, allergies or skin allergies, and women are not allowed to engage in this type of work.
3. The sewage tank cleaning operation sheet must be filled out for the sewage tank cleaning operation. The site safety officer shall be the person responsible for safety. The on-site safety officer shall make technical and safety disclosure to the cleaning operators, and both parties shall sign on the sewage pool cleaning operation sheet.
4. When working in the swimming pool, there must be on-site safety officers to supervise the implementation of safety measures and more than two guardians.
5. The personnel in the pool must wear corresponding protective equipment (gloves, safety helmets, safety belts, safety ropes, oxygen carrying cylinders and toxic gas alarms), and can only operate after the on-site safety officer checks the safety measures.
6. Before entering the swimming pool, multifunctional gas detector shall be used to detect harmful gas. The oxygen content in the air of the workplace should be 19.5%~23%. If the oxygen content in the air is lower than 19.5%, an alarm signal shall be sent. The concentration of toxic substances shall comply with GBZ 2.1 and GBZ 2.2. If it is confirmed that the dangerous gas does not exceed the standard, the safety officer shall be responsible for on-site supervision and report to the person in charge of safety for signature before entering the pool for operation.
7. When the multi-functional gas detector detects the gas and determines that the dangerous gas exceeds the standard alarm, it shall use the multi-functional gas detector to detect 15 minutes after the forced ventilation of the blower. If the detected dangerous gas does not exceed the standard, the alarm shall be executed according to Article 6.
8. After mechanical ventilation with the blower, the multi-functional detector still exceeds the standard and gives an alarm. Immediately notify the competent safety department to send personnel to the site to check the safety measures. After being signed by the factory director in charge of production, gloves, helmets, safety belts, safety ropes and isolation breathing masks can be worn before entering the pool, and operation records shall be made. The operation time of entering the pool shall not exceed 30 minutes.
9. After the pool is completed, tools and accessories must be hung with tool bags, and littering is strictly prohibited. There shall be no stones, bricks and other objects that may cause damage within one meter around the operation well. The personnel on the pool shall ensure all the safety of the personnel under the pool.
10. The ground of the construction area should be marked out as a restricted area, and construction signs should be hung to prevent other people from entering. A safety ladder should be set beside the pool.
11. Fireworks, inflammables and explosives are not allowed for operations in the pool. If fire is required and qualified, ventilation equipment must be used and fire-fighting equipment must be equipped. Only after the hot work permit is issued to the competent safety department can work in the pool be carried out.
12. Open flame lighting and non explosion proof equipment are not allowed to be used in clean places with combustible gas.
13. If the production and business operation unit does not meet the conditions for clean operation, it shall contract out the operation project to the construction unit with corresponding qualifications, and sign the contract and safety production agreement.
14. If the cleaning operation takes a long time, you should take turns to enter the pool. If the workers under the pool feel dizzy, weak legs, asthma and nausea, they must leave the pool immediately to rest.
15. During the cleaning operation, the on-site safety officer and supervisor must stick to their posts, concentrate, not engage in other operations, keep in touch with the downhole operators, observe and identify the status of the downhole operators, find problems in time, and avoid safety accidents.
16. In case of operation danger, rescue workers immediately and leave the site for rescue, and notify the safety department and relevant leaders at the same time.
