All employees of the natural gas company took active action to carry out the "100 day battle of tackling gas hidden dangers in oil fields", implement the comprehensive treatment project of gas hidden dangers in oil fields, solve more than 20000 gas safety hazards, replace 13744 old gas meters, install new intelligent gas meters, and create the intelligence of the Internet of Things Gas charging system 。 All the work has been fully understood and strongly supported by the residents of the oil region, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all of you!
Compared with the previous gas charging system, the new intelligent gas charging system of the Internet of Things has the following advantages:
1、 Payment is more convenient. Just remember the door number or account name, and you can pay in the gas service business hall.
Second, WeChat payment has been realized. You can pay for your parents, relatives and friends without going out of the house. One micro signal supports binding multiple gas meters.
Third, the new gas meter is more accurate. Each gas meter has been inspected by Tianjin Quality Supervision Bureau and delivered for use after passing the inspection.
Fourth, safe gas use is more guaranteed. The new system has a remote shutdown function. In case of gas leakage, we can immediately cut off the gas supply remotely to create conditions for emergency repair and maintenance.
Fifth, household gas consumption is more reassuring. When the balance is less than 25 yuan, you will be prompted to close. At this time, only press the red button for 3-5 seconds to resume use, and the remaining gas can meet the gas demand of ordinary families for 5 days. At the same time, we also set the overdraft function for the initial installation. If the overdraft exceeds 150 yuan, the gas supply will be stopped, giving you enough time to renew the payment, further ensuring the domestic gas consumption.
Tap water charging software
On the basis of building the intelligent gas charging system of the Internet of Things, we also actively promote the construction of gas service business halls, and set up two business halls on the fourth floor of Happiness Plaza and the first floor of Qiushi Property Building in Gangxi New Town. The new business hall has the following advantages in providing convenient services:
First, the service time is long. The working hours of the business hall are from 9:30 a.m. to 19336030 p.m., and there is no break at noon and on holidays, so that everyone has enough time to handle business.
Second, there are many service items and complete functions. You can apply for payment, repair, consultation, account opening, change and other services in the business hall. The service personnel in the business hall have also received specialized training with high professional quality, which can provide you with high-quality and efficient services.
Third, a 24-hour gas service hotline was opened. The gas service hotline is 25910000 and 25910111 respectively, and each gas branch has a service telephone. Please pay attention to the posters and relevant publicity materials posted at the corridor entrance. If you need, we can provide door-to-door service within half an hour after the call, and some staff will pay a return visit.
Fourthly, the meter reading instruments will be replaced gradually. The meter reading devices in the oil region have reached the mandatory retirement period. In addition to 13744 gas meters replaced in 2017, more than 30000 meter reading devices have not been replaced. In 2018, with the strong support of Oilfield Company, we will organize house to house replacement as planned, so that more residents in the oil region can enjoy the convenience of smart gas meters and the happiness of safe gas use. In addition, since the magnetic card form of the new building in Gangxi New Town has just been put into use, we will decide to replace it according to the usage in the future to avoid waste.
