In the past two years, because the country has vigorously promoted enterprises to issue electronic invoices, Datong Thermal Power has also fully switched from paper invoices to electronic invoices this year. From the perspective of environmental protection, it is beneficial to the country, the people and the environment. However, since it was the first year of use, we suffered a lot of pressure. Later, the fact proved that my concern was not surplus.


We are connected with one of the two major domestic tax control system providers: Aerospace Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TravelSky"). To be honest, I am still very determined about TravelSky. We have connected with paper invoices before, but there are not many problems, so we have an optimistic attitude towards this electronic ticket connection.


In April, we got the interface document of TravelSky, but the development of the interface can only be carried out after all the architectures of the charging system are set up, so the tax control interface will be completed by the end of July. Later, I encountered a lot of problems in the debugging phase. First of all, the aerospace skills always said that they were too busy and had no time. When they encountered problems, they let us look at the documentation. After several communications, I was also a bit worried. If the documentation could solve the problem, why would I look for you? However, Yang Gong, the engineer on the site of TravelSky, helped coordinate later, which helped to adjust the invoicing interface. Then there were various problems during the debugging process, such as the tax-free words could not come out, and the invoice download did not return information. These problems occurred every day, and we were busy working overtime.


From the completion of the interface development on July 27 to the completion of the commissioning on August 17, we tested hundreds of invoices, kept trying and making mistakes, and constantly corrected them. Fortunately, there were many invoices of Datong Thermal Power, so it was not a big deal to scrap them. We also want to ensure that the e-ticket does not make mistakes after the project goes online, otherwise Datong Heat will issue thousands or even tens of thousands of tickets every day, and it will be difficult to remedy any mistakes.

On April 23, the bank collection kick-off meeting hosted by us, organized by the Datong heating party, was held in the conference room on the fourth floor. The participating banks were Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Datong Bank. At the meeting, I introduced the docking method and schedule plan organization of our project, mainly to promote the bank to launch operations as soon as possible, and complete the docking of agency fees in advance.


At the meeting, all the banks expressed their willingness to actively cooperate with this part of the work, but the organization was a little tight at all times, and the process of the bank was relatively slow. In fact, they later confirmed their words with their actions, because none of them finished the online operation within the expected time, which should be regarded as Datong Bank, which finished the online operation before the official charge.


In the process of bank connection, we often worked overtime because of the tight time in the later period. We managed to get a bank in two days from network debugging to service deployment. During the joint skill debugging, we Zhang Gong echoed each other one-on-one. Before the online test, we made a specific test case based on the classification of Datong thermal affairs. There were 41 varieties in total and more than 120 variable parameters. This test case provided an important skill guarantee for the stable operation of the bank collection.


Functional test


The function test assignment of Datong Thermal Power is indispensable. We have never made such a big fight on other projects in the past, because the magnitude of data cannot be reached. This time we organized a special group to take the function test and tuning of Datong Thermal Power.


The test is divided into function screening stage and stress test stage.


Function screening stage: according to all functions of the test case test system, find out the functions that lead to the increase of system resources and the functions that respond slowly and record them, and optimize the function problems exposed in this stage.


Stress test stage: perform concurrent stress test on common functions. In this stage, we focus on several main function indicators: response time, throughput, and system resource consumption. First, we confirmed the common function of stress test and sorted out the test script. Confirm 5, 10, 15, 30, 50 test concurrency based on the actual application of customers, and imitate the system of 5010015030500 people using together. Confirm the functions with function problems according to the concurrency test results, and determine how to allocate each virtual machine resource and how many Tomcat clusters are created.


in-plant or in-service or on-the-job training


At the beginning of August, Director Xu called me to the office to discuss the system training. He wanted to bring the training forward. He was afraid that we would be slow to bear it, so he set aside more time for us to imitate and practice. Since leaders pay attention to training, we must cooperate with all our strength. I indicated that training can be carried out at any time.


On August 5, according to the requirements of Director Xu, I drew up a training plan table: the training of the charging system was divided into two batches, one for the service personnel of the customer service center and the business hall, and the other for the branch companies. A batch of training is divided into 8 sessions, each half tone is a session, and 105 participants, mainly explaining 9 functions of the system and 59 function modules; The second batch of training is four sessions, and each half session is one session. There are 56 participants, mainly explaining 32 function modules of the nine functions of the system. The training of the customer service system is just like drawing a gourd. In general, the training intensity is still quite high, especially for our engineers.


On August 10, the training was in full swing. Our lecturer engineer had to take a rest because of his sore throat. It turned out that not all the challenges were so simple and successful. After all, we were also laymen. Without any loudspeakers on the scene, could we face such a large number of people who talked incessantly every day without pain? But the training couldn't stop, so I took the place of two training sessions, which was also something I expected.


On August 16, the training finally came to an end. These days, the brothers and sisters of Datong have listened attentively and enthusiastically. I think that if the employees of an enterprise have a positive attitude towards their work and are willing to accept new things, then the enterprise is a dynamic enterprise. We are willing to serve them. Although we have had a little hard work these days, we are very happy inside. In the following days, Director Xu let us enter the stage of getting familiar with the system and imitating the practice. Together, we also printed the User Manual for distribution to help us learn and consolidate the system operation. By the time the system went online, our understanding and operating proficiency of the system had completely reached the standard, and some people even exceeded my expectations. It was great!

A few days before the project went online, it was like darkness before dawn. At this stage, the system has been completely developed, but because of the lack of constant contact and testing intensity of some new functions, the system is always exposed
