Now everyone has a heavier burden, because this is not a matter for only a few people. There are staff's development expectations and customers' ardent expectations. Among them, many customers earnestly advise us not to forget our original intentions, and also hope that we will not be acquired by other companies. They hope that we can develop independently and healthily to ensure the long-term stability of after-sales service, I am always moved and grateful to hear that.

Every year in the past ten years, the company has been "swearing" that by the end of the year, the functions of our heating charge management system had been improved and stabilized, and the future would be easier. In fact, the products are continuously invested every year, and earth shaking changes have taken place every year. All personnel are working hard to improve the function, stability and humanization of the software. On the contrary, in recent years, the statement that the software has reached maturity and stability has gradually disappeared, and people have been accustomed to the continuous upgrading of the heating charge management system.

Back in 2006, I had a chance to contact the data filling software project of Tianjin Heating Office, and thus started the heating charging software project of district and county heating offices. At that time, CS was still a popular software system on the market. One of our customers was the Tianjin Hongqiao District Heating Office. Their original CS heating charging software had been running for several years, but there were some problems such as inaccurate data, reports could not be loaded, and the system often crashed. The head of the customer service department asked us to customize the charging software without hiring, I remember spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. However, compared with today, the charging software at that time had extremely simple functions, less than one third of the functions of the current new version. There was neither bank collection nor WeChat Alipay, let alone tax controlled paper tickets and electronic tickets. The auxiliary POS, high tempo meter, self-service payment machine, voice broadcaster, etc. were also limited to the business department in terms of workflow, not extended to finance Switch bolt, inspection, debt clearing and other departments. However, the customer joined us wholeheartedly. After the launch of a heating charging software project, the final application effect was very good. At least the charging work of the customer service department was straightened out, reducing the time for manual report generation, and there was no need to adjust the wrong data one by one.

After the acceptance of the project, it was put on the official website as a successful case of a customized project of the company. It was found that several customers would contact us to consult about the heating charging software over the past year. Although they did not talk about it in depth and promote cooperation, at least there is a demand in the society, and we can feel that this software can really solve a specific problem in the heating industry. Later, we gradually learned that the software system developed with J2EE technology at that time could not compete with those simple CS software in cost. At that time, friends often quoted tens of thousands of dollars for one software, while we needed hundreds of thousands, so most of the heating enterprises did not follow after calling. We also briefly analyzed the charging software of several manufacturers. First, it seems that the products of various manufacturers in this field are not very good, at least the interface and details are not exquisite. We think that the market is still waiting for the emergence of better heating charging software, so we started this charging software project. After the official start, it was found that there were too many complex business logic and industry difficulties hidden under a simple charging software. First of all, no public utilities were as personalized as heating. They were basically one policy for one city; Secondly, the information awareness of the heating industry is backward, coupled with the mentality of the local emperor, who is not so keen on advanced management; Thirdly, the software involves multiple department businesses, at least related to charging and financial knowledge.

The research, development, promotion and maintenance of heating charging software have indeed encountered many difficulties and challenges over the years. For example, some old manufacturers sell a set of software products at a low price that has remained unchanged for many years. They basically do not support high-end personalized needs, resulting in a low market budget; Second, like some project oriented manufacturers, charging software is often their stepping stone. They often occupy customers through lower prices in order to win customers, and look at high value-added projects such as subsequent production; Third, there are many small software manufacturers around the world who have not realized the burden and difficulty of long-term customer maintenance and software upgrading when their customers are small and their years are short. For the sake of current survival, they also have low prices and dominate the market; 4. Most of the automatic control, heat supply network, heat meter and other manufacturers' software is often low price or free; In addition, many heating enterprises do not have much information experience and energy to identify the quality of software. They often cannot resist so many temptations and persuade leaders to spend more money on a software with similar functions. With these constraints, it can be imagined that the birth and growth of an enterprise specializing in heating charging software is a thorny road and full of challenges. Sometimes we don't know how to deal with these problems, but we only insist on the following point: take the customer's needs as the basis of our survival. We don't care about the dazzling moves of our competitors. We should keep an eye on the difficult problems of our customers, and only by solving them can we develop. Another belief is that if our company is relying on heating charging software to bring cash and profits, the company's resources are also tilted in this product and the corresponding team. The chemical changes brought by this focus on professionalism and craftsmanship are immeasurable. For example, some instrument and automatic control manufacturers often send charging software to heating enterprises, which bothers our business personnel. But many years ago, I firmly believed that the free software, the automatic control manufacturer itself cannot invest huge resources to improve this product, and the team developing this product cannot have a certain mission or sense of honor, and the end result will be eliminated by history.

Therefore, the mission, vision, culture and strategic positioning of products and services of the company have been basically established since its establishment. Over the years, we have been working together with the same goal. The products are like our own children. Through constant care, we will be moved to see them gradually improve. The customer is like a flower in the nursery. Through constant care, it is also growing healthily. Occasionally, a verbal appreciation or eye recognition from the customer makes us moved, and is filled with the power to move forward in an instant.

Although we are not an Internet enterprise Heating charge system The R&D of the product is a bit like Internet products, focusing on customer feedback and rapid iteration, product quality and customer experience. Therefore, in the first few years, a large version was iterated half a year, and in the next few years, a large version was iterated every year. In addition, the maintenance of the old project version and the compatibility with the old database are required, which requires multiple investments. In the field of charging management software in the heating industry, we see that too many project companies do not have the sense of productization. They quickly launch a charging software by working overtime and staying up all night, and complete the task after repairing in a heating season. However, we do not know that this is actually just the beginning of the heating enterprises' participation in the information needs. Because the management improvement is endless, Therefore, as long as the heating enterprise is active and progressive, it will put forward a lot of improvement demands, even high-end personalized customized content. So we see too many cases of informatization failure, which are often due to the lack of formal project management and process records, and the turnover of team members. When fixing problems, they only modify the appearance, but lead to errors in the core logic. More exaggerated, they directly change the database to fix problems. After a year or two, no one dares to move the system or upgrade the software, Even many suppliers cannot promise to import their software data into the upgraded system. The logic behind this is that their software cannot be upgraded itself, and customers need to spend money to buy a new version of software. Therefore, from the very beginning, we have carried out formal management, from requirements collection, analysis, design, development, testing and other links, to the upgrade content and update files of each version, and even the adjustment of database fields, all have detailed records. At the same time, the compatibility of banking, customer service, metering, mobile terminal and other functions is also considered during each function upgrade. In fact, the supporting workload beyond these products far exceeds the product function development itself, so some people say that it is easy to do a good job in a project, but it still requires at least four times the workload to transform a product, and it requires N times more work to dynamically maintain the upgrade iterations of hundreds of customers. A certain function of a competitor's product is easy to imitate, but it is very difficult to establish a sustainable iterative development environment. The unsustainable development will be abandoned by the society sooner or later.

Charging software is the carrier of advanced management ideas and concepts in the operation and management of heating enterprises. Each heating enterprise has different management methods. At the same time, with the expansion of information awareness, it is constantly changing, so the methods and paths of information practice are also different. The software comes from perfect after-sales service, which has two meanings. First, high-quality implementation and after-sales service can make the software work well; The second is to collect feedback and adjust software constantly through implementation and after-sales service, so that the software becomes more and more suitable for the management needs of heating enterprises. The personnel of heating enterprises are basically not information experts and have not undergone professional information introduction training. Even many heating enterprises need to temporarily recruit charging service personnel in the busy heating season, so training and after-sales service are crucial. The charging business is complex and the software functions are various. Without training and practical training, many staff members do not know how the software functions are applied and how to handle some scenarios. In addition, network, browser, virus, software and hardware and other problems have followed one after another, so you can imagine the effect of chaos.

There is also a phenomenon in the heating industry. Many leaders of heating enterprises have become accustomed to changing a charging system in a few years. It is not clear how this concept came into being. Maybe hardware equipment has a life cycle and needs to be changed every few years, so it is also the idea to change software. Maybe it is software purchased according to fixed functional requirements at that time, After several years of use, I found that my ideas and experience have exceeded that of software, but the software itself does not have the ability to update and iterate sustainably. These are project-based thinking, repeated investment and heavy waste, which also reflects the chaos of the current domestic software industry. Looking at the informatization process of all large enterprises at home and abroad, it is an extremely long and gradual process of improvement. Basically, they choose long-term strategic partners, study business together for many years, improve functions, carry out informatization construction with the idea of operation and maintenance, and support the rapid development of enterprises together.

Products and technologies represent the future competitiveness, service and marketing of an enterprise, and also present the reputation and influence of an enterprise in the market. Ten years ago, we really just started, and there is still a long way to go
