1. Floor heating pipe or radiator "blocked"
Before winter comes, the underground heating pipe or radiator has not been used for a long time and the water pressure is too low to supplement water, which will inevitably lead to internal "air blockage". If these gases are not discharged in time, it is easy to lead to poor heating cycle, and Z will eventually affect the use effect of the entire heating system, resulting in the phenomenon that the heating system is not hot or the temperature is not enough.
Solution: If the radiator is "blocked", the phenomenon of "the first few pieces are hot, the last few pieces are not hot" will usually appear, and even the "beep" sound of water flowing through the radiator will appear. At this time, loosen the vent valve screw at the upper end of the radiator side, stop the operation when the sound of gas is heard, and tighten the vent valve screw after the water flows out into a column. Generally, the operation needs to be repeated several times before the air in the radiator can be discharged completely.
If you feel "angry" with the floor heating, please follow the steps below: ① Close the main return valve and the small inlet and outlet valves of each branch in the distribution manifold, and open the main inlet valve. (2) Open the exhaust valve, and then open the small valves of each branch pipe in the distribution manifold to vent. Note that before opening the next one, release one until all the air in each branch is discharged. (3) After the water flow is stable, open the main water inlet and return valve on the distribution manifold and the small water inlet and return valves of each branch pipe, which can be used normally.
Note: Do not exhaust air through a large amount of water. This will not only force the heating system to supplement cold water and reduce the heating temperature, but also destroy the hydraulic balance of the heating system and lead to instability of the heating system.
2. Scale or biological mucus blockage
In addition to what we often call "air blockage", the floor heating pipe or radiator may also affect the circulation of heating hot water due to physical blockage, thus reducing the heating effect. This kind of blockage is generally divided into two types: one is due to improper construction, there is residual sand or slag inside; 2、 Due to long-term non cleaning, a large amount of mud or scale adhered to the inner wall, resulting in system blockage.
Solution: When the floor heating pipe or radiator is blocked, the professional team should be contacted in time to repair or clean the heating system. It should be noted that the cleaning cycle is usually once every 2-3 years, all year round, but the best cleaning time is after the heating is stopped.
3. Obstacle blocking affects heat dissipation.
If the floor heating or radiator itself is hot, the thermal insulation building is also qualified, but the room temperature cannot rise, probably because the obstruction of obstacles affects the heat dissipation of the heating system. The common situation is that the radiator is covered with a lot of clothes; The floor heating is blocked by large furniture such as legless sofa, carpet mat, tatami, legless wardrobe, which leads to insufficient heat dissipation.
Solution: If the simple shielding causes abnormal heat dissipation of the heating system, just remove the blocked obstacles in time. However, if large furniture blocks the heating system, it should be noted that in rooms with floor heating, furniture with legs should be selected as far as possible, and too heavy furniture should not be placed on the floor heating, and do not lay carpets, anti-skid mats and other household products that affect large area heat dissipation. The cushion laid on the floor shall be perforated to facilitate heat dissipation.
4. Water leakage of heating system
Water leakage of heating system is usually a troublesome problem of Z, which can be divided into three situations: radiator burst and water leakage; Leakage at the connection point of the heating system; The floor heating pipeline leaks. There are many reasons for water leakage, such as pipeline corrosion, pressure problems, construction problems and external force damage.
Solution: If you find that the heating facilities in your home are leaking, you should stop the leakage by blocking items and closing the inlet and outlet valves, and then contact the professional maintenance team for maintenance to avoid greater losses.
Taking floor heating maintenance as an example, the process is as follows: ① Use infrared thermometer to find hidden water leakage points. (2) Break the soil in the leakage area for pipeline maintenance, or directly discharge the remaining heating water in the broken pipeline without breaking the soil for maintenance, and then close the small valves at both ends. ③ The repaired pipeline shall be pressure tested to check whether the repair of the leaking pipeline is completed.
Note: Raw materials and rigorous and professional construction technology can effectively reduce the probability of water leakage. Therefore, users must choose guaranteed formal enterprises and products in the installation process to avoid being penny wise and pound foolish.
