The heating electronic invoice system developed in this project is a complete set of electronic invoice docking system, which has the functions of reimbursement information maintenance, electronic invoice issuance, electronic invoice offset, electronic invoice update, electronic invoice download, electronic invoice push to mailbox, WeChat, etc. The implementation of VAT electronic invoice system is conducive to promoting social progress, saving social resources, and creating a healthy and fair tax environment for taxpayers. It is an important measure taken by tax authorities to promote tax modernization and achieve "Internet plus tax".
Core technology:
1) The cooperative merchant submits the invoice request to the State Administration of Taxation through the online interface with the third-party electronic invoice platform (supporting single invoice or batch invoice) or login the third-party electronic invoice platform to upload documents;
2) After verifying the invoicing request submitted by the merchant, the invoicing platform of the tax bureau sends the invoicing information to the taxpayer platform through the interface exchange system;
3) After the electronic invoice processes the invoicing transaction in real time, the invoicing results will be returned to the tax bureau platform. If the invoice is successfully issued, the invoice will be transmitted to the provincial bureau in real time through the tax tray or USBKEY;
Innovation:
In the batch issuance of electronic invoices, merchants can realize management functions such as electronic invoice data upload, real-time notification of invoicing status, and bill submission through the interface. You can also use the console management module to implement manual invoicing, manual red ink offset, and billing statistics.
