Water is the source of human life and one of the common substances on the earth. It is indispensable in daily industry, agriculture and life. The food and beverage industry needs water, including process water and domestic water, including tap water, purified water, mineral water, softened water and reclaimed water. Generally, ordinary municipal tap water or raw water is reused after pretreatment or advanced treatment to meet the water demand of different places.
Jinpai Company actively fulfills its social responsibilities and devotes itself to public welfare and philanthropy. Recently, two modern waterworks have been donated and built, which are respectively located in Yinzu Town and Yanzhen Town of Yangxin County, Daye City, Hubei Province. The two waterworks share a set of raw water pipelines, and water is taken from Yangxin Wangying Reservoir (Xiandao Lake). The project generally includes pipe network construction, building construction and process equipment configuration.
Daye Water Plant has designed a total water supply capacity of 300000 tons/day. Phase I has been completed and put into operation on January 21, 2017, with 200000 tons/day. Yangxin Water Plant has a designed total water supply capacity of 100000 tons/day, and will be completed and put into operation on December 26, 2019. All are designed by Wuhan Zhongnan Municipal Institute, which adopts mature technology, advanced equipment and automatic control technology. In addition to the necessary process system, it has also set up a fully functional water quality testing center, information testing center, etc. Daye Water Plant has been built in a standardized and well managed way, integrating large-scale, advanced, garden style and intelligent water plants. It has been rated as a demonstration project to implement the integration of urban and rural water supply and promote the consolidation and improvement of rural drinking water safety, and has won the honor of 100 rural water supply standardized water plants nationwide in 2020.
